At the time of booking you are expected to pay a deposit, if your booking is made more than 8 weeks before departure, or the full cost of the holiday if you book within 8 weeks of departure. The value of the deposit will be £100. THIS DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE. You must sign our booking form confirming your acceptance of our Booking Conditions and Holiday Information on behalf of yourself and all members of your party. As soon as the booking has been made you must complete and send to us the booking form. In the cases where you will be paying by cheque, please enclose it together with the form. We will then issue a confirmation invoice whereby a contract exists between us and all conditions become binding to us both. The person making the booking not only guarantees payment to us of the total cost of the holiday booked, but does so on behalf of and with the consent of all persons for whom the booking is completed. The balance of the holiday cost must be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure. If the deposit or balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you and levy cancellation charges.
The apartment complex benefits from 24 hour security. Upon arrival you will be allocated keys to the apartment and complex amenities including the gym, sauna and Jacuzzi area.
Please note that the access to the apartment is not of the highest standard and the road is bumpy and steep. Access will be more challenging for disabled persons or people using pushchairs. We are expecting the road to be rectified in the near future.
The management company are located in the top two penthouse apartments and will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
It is your responsibility to take care of the apartment and the contents of it. Any breakages will be paid for and a refundable deposit will be taken by the management company at the beginning of your stay and returned at the end. This deposit will be £150 sterling.
Construction works and noise are almost unavoidable in certain developing resorts. Unfortunately such developments are not under our control. It is possible that there may be building work in the vicinity of your holiday accommodation, or in the resort area. As is the custom, work may start early in the day. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to foresee the nature and extent of such work, so please bear with us over these problems, as after all they are being done for the ultimate benefit of holiday makers. We will contact you if, in our opinion, work is likely to disturb your stay.
In some resorts, the provision of roads, power and water supplies etc. does not always keep pace with the demands of rapid tourist development, so you may experience power cuts or problems with, for example, plumbing or drainage. In addition, during prolonged periods of hot weather the resort authorities sometimes find it necessary to conserve water supplies by implementing a "regime" with intermittent interruptions to supply. However, they always do their best to give advance notice of such interruptions and minimise inconvenience to holiday makers.
Our prices show especially good holiday value early and late in the season. However, as you'd expect, not all hotels, resort facilities (particularly beach facilities), restaurants, night clubs and children's activities may be available at these times. Local suppliers reserve the right, subject to weather and visitors in resort, to either withdraw or reduce the services provided. This could be due to cleaning, renovation or as a result of local conditions and the apartment owners cannot be held responsible.
